To avoid getting charged for a new subscription order, you must cancel your subscription before its scheduled renewal date. Please note that a subscription cancellation will not cancel an order that has been confirmed. If your order has already been created prior to your subscription’s cancellation, you can receive a full refund by following the return policy.
